Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Understand, track, and act on hiring needs for field sales, technicians, and office positions
Source candidates via job portals (e.g., Naukri), WhatsApp groups, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and schedule interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on requirements and timelines
Maintain candidate trackerscovering interview status, follow-ups, and joining pipeline
Publish weekly hiring status reports
Provide general HR support during non-hiring periods

Core Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in blue-collar and field hiring
Strong coordination, follow-through, and self-management skills
Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Ability to work independently, meet weekly targets, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience & Qualifications

1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in sales or technician hiring)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum)
HR diploma or certification preferred
