Job Description

RTR Leader - Manager/Sr. Manager Experience: 15–20 years in Record-to-Report (RTR), with experience managing teams of 50+ professionals Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 days in-office) Shift Flexibility: Required to support global teams across time zones Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end RTR operations: month/quarter/year-end close, journal entries, GL reconciliations, OneStream reporting, and financial analysis. Ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting tasks including revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, and reporting. Drive process improvements and technology-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. Monitor SOX compliance, perform control testing, and support internal/external audits. Track KPIs, manage risks, and ensure alignment with engagement timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance finance culture. Qualifications CA / CPA / Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Expertise in IFRS, GAAP, SOX, and global finance operations Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like SAP, Oracle, JDE, Power BI, HFM, OneStream Key Skills Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management High integrity, detail-oriented, and results-driven Excellent communication and presentation skills Show more Show less
