Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Manager to join our growing team. As the Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve the company's sales targets. You will also play a key role in driving business development, creating a positive sales culture, and ensuring that Sharpassets Consultancy maintains its reputation for trustworthiness and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to drive sales performance.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Training & Development: Provide continuous training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills, improve productivity, and foster professional growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with clients and offering expert guidance through every step of the property buying process.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor activity, and customer preferences to advise the sales team and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress to senior management. Provide actionable feedback for continual process improvements.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
