Quick Commerce Operations Manager- Mumbai

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Operations Manager to lead cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency across our Quick Commerce channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless supply connectivity, on-time dispatch, and proactive redressal of any fulfillment issues. This role is pivotal in ensuring our brand delivers an outstanding customer experience through various Quick Commerce platforms by driving process excellence, data-led analysis, and internal-external alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Liaise with internal teams including Supply Chain, Category, Manufacturing, Dispatch, and Customer Service to align on Quick Commerce objectives and execution.
• Collaborate externally with Quick Commerce platform partners (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.) to ensure smooth listings, real-time supply updates, issue resolution, and service level improvements.

• Operational Excellence & Analysis:

• Own and analyze performance metrics across platforms and drive corrective actions.
• Work with supply, logistics and operations teams to optimize inventory availability and replenishment cycles for high-velocity and perishable SKUs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce delays, improve accuracy, and enhance end-to-end visibility.

• Issue Redressal & Risk Management:

• Monitor redressal queries (inventory mismatches, order delays, customer escalations) and coordinate resolution in real time.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-4 years of experience in operations or supply chain, with direct exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon Fresh) either on the brand side or within the platform ecosystem.
• Prior experience in managing perishables, food, or FMCG categories is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ability to align and influence across departments and partners.
• Proactive problem-solver with a structured approach to execution and issue handling.
• Comfortable working in a high-paced, evolving environment with multiple moving parts.
