E Commerce Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Relations Intern to support our Vendor Relations team in managing vendor communication, coordination, and documentation. This role will provide hands-on exposure to vendor management processes and cross-functional collaboration

.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Vendor Relations team in day-to-day coordination with vendors

• Maintain and update vendor master data, agreements, and records

• Support in onboarding new vendors and collecting required documentation

• Track vendor queries, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance) for vendor-related requirements

• Help prepare vendor performance reports, MIS, and basic data analysis

• Support audits or reviews related to vendor documentation and compliance

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred).

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• E-commerce knowledge will be an added advantage (preferred but not mandatory).Role & responsibilities
