Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability
Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Support in executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers
Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist in social media and email marketing initiatives related to e-commerce sales

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (students in final year can apply)
Strong understanding of online shopping platforms and digital marketing concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic data analysis
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics (not mandatory)
