Job Title: E-commerce Intern

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving the online shopping experience and increasing customer engagement.
• Helping customers to have a better shopping experience by handling their product related grievances and queries
• Must have good knowledge in Excel
• Must have Fabric knowledge

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Fashion, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, online retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms

Work from Office all 6 days working.
