We are hiring for the role of Automation Engineer with 3-6 Years of Experience Key Responsibilities: Perform repair and maintenance of equipment using Servo and Stepper Motor Drive systems. Troubleshoot and recover machine downtime related to pneumatic controllers and various sensors such as Photoelectric, Proximity, Fiber Optical, and Laser. Execute machine calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) activities. Monitor and analyze machine performance metrics including MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), correlation, and calibration effectiveness. Configure and optimize CCD systems with basic knowledge of light exposure parameters. Interpret and execute basic electrical wiring diagrams for system integration and troubleshooting. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with PLC and CCD systems. Strong knowledge in equipment repair and sensor technology. Good understanding of electrical and pneumatic system diagnostics. Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and execution. Knowledge of calibration tools, measurement techniques, and system documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment. Preferred: Experience in semiconductor/automation equipment servicing is an added advantage. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
