About the Role:

Q-Commerce Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Ownership:

    Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website).
  • Sales Management:

    Drive sales growth, monitor platform performance, track sell-through and offtake, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • PO Lifecycle Management:

    Coordinate and track purchase orders with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and compliance with platform SLAs.
  • Planning & Forecasting:

    Align with supply and demand planning teams to ensure stock availability and forecast sales accurately.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Act as the primary contact for resolving delays, stockouts, escalations, or system discrepancies.
  • Growth Execution:

    Identify opportunities for expansion into new geographies, categories, and SKUs, and execute initiatives with platform partners.
  • Data & Insights:

    Analyze weekly sales, return rates, fill rates, and campaign metrics; lead weekly internal business reviews.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive execution excellence.
  • Strategic Projects:

    Support the Revenue Lead with pricing strategies, category expansion, and high-impact campaign planning.



Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Sales Performance:

    Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets across platforms.
  • PO Management:

    Ensure timely and accurate PO execution with >95% fill rates.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    Timely resolution of platform issues and escalations.
  • Forecast Accuracy:

    Avoid stock-outs/overstocking with precise planning.
  • Growth Initiatives:

    Launch new SKUs, expand regions, and activate new features.
  • Platform Hygiene:

    Maintain optimized listings, accurate content, and SLA adherence.
  • Insight Reporting:

    Deliver consistent business reviews and actionable insights.



Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a

    reputed university

    (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience

    in Q-Commerce, E-commerce, or FMCG/D2C platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Deep understanding of platform dashboards, seller tools, and back-end systems.
  • Must be able to work full-time from our

    Kamla Nagar, Delhi

    office.
