About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable E-Commerce & Q-Commerce Growth Manager to lead and optimize our presence across leading online retail and quick commerce platforms. This strategic role involves hands-on platform management, performance tracking, demand planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure continuous brand growth and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management:

    Oversee and coordinate daily operations across major quick commerce and online retail platforms, ensuring optimal performance and product visibility
  • Revenue Development:

    Monitor and boost online sales, track product movement, and ensure targets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Order Flow Oversight:

    Manage the lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring timely dispatches and adherence to platform standards
  • Inventory Planning:

    Collaborate with planning teams to align stock availability with forecasted demand, preventing stockouts or excess inventory
  • Operational Issue Management:

    Act as the liaison for resolving any challenges related to product availability, returns, or discrepancies
  • Expansion Initiatives:

    Identify new opportunities for growth, including launching new SKUs, categories, or regional expansion
  • Sales Intelligence:

    Analyze weekly platform data and performance metrics, compiling reports for leadership review
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance to synchronize priorities and ensure smooth operations
  • Strategic Support:

    Assist leadership in executing critical commercial decisions, pricing strategy, and platform-led promotional activities


Performance Metrics (KRAs)

  • Achievement of revenue goals and growth milestones across platforms
  • Seamless PO processing with high order accuracy and fulfillment rates
  • Swift resolution of operational or technical issues
  • Demand forecast alignment to reduce inventory gaps or surplus
  • Execution of brand initiatives and platform feature rollouts
  • Maintenance of clean, up-to-date product listings and backend accuracy
  • Delivery of timely sales insights and internal performance summaries


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital commerce, preferably within Q-Commerce, D2C, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong grasp of online platform ecosystems and backend seller tools
  • Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities
  • Must be open to full-time, on-site work from our Kamla Nagar, Delhi headquarters
