Quick Commerce - Key Account Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager (Quick Commerce) to manage and grow our partnerships across leading quick commerce platforms. The candidate must have a strong background in managing online sales channels, be able to build relationships with platform teams, and deliver growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for Quick Commerce accounts (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C website).
• Develop strategies to drive sales, visibility, and profitability across platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.
• Monitor stock, pricing, promotions, and visibility campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
• Negotiate for better margins, promotions, and visibility placements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quick Commerce account management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, as well as E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing or a related field preferred.
