About The Opportunity

We operate in the Global Talent Marketplace & Professional Services sector, delivering staffing, managed services and operational support to technology and enterprise customers across India. This on-site role will own quality systems and compliance across delivery operations, vendor engagements and client-facing services.

Quality Manager

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish, document and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO and client-specific requirements; drive version control and change management.
  • Plan, lead and report internal and external audits; prepare corrective action plans and verify closure to maintain compliance and certification readiness.
  • Investigate quality incidents using structured problem-solving (RCA/8D); implement CAPA and monitor effectiveness metrics.
  • Define, track and analyze quality KPIs (defect rates, process capability, audit findings); present insights and improvement roadmaps to stakeholders.
  • Manage supplier and vendor quality assessments, onboarding audits and ongoing performance reviews to reduce downstream defects and service gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma), deliver training on quality processes, and embed best practices across operations.
