Job Title- Quality Manager

Location- Pune

Experience- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality

Responsibilities-

1. To co-ordinate and verify the implementation and maintenance of the Quality management System requirements as per ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

2. To review non-conformances reported in the audits and where required, decide corrective actions in consultation with the concerned departmental heads and verification for confirmation of implementation.

3. To review and reduce Inhouse rework , rejection and Scrap

4. Disposition of non-conforming products.

5. Prepare the PPAP document and upload on system

6.Calibration and certification of test and measuring equipment.

7. Prepare the documents for Monthly Group Quality meeting

8. Continual improvement /Kaizen

9. Identify statistical process techniques to be applied.

10. Develop vendors and tooling as per requirement of product components in association with purchase, production and imports dept.

11. Develop products as required by Marketing under guidance of Manufacturing.

12 Understood Customer requirements & expectations( Work Plan, SPQR)

13. Provide marketing inputs related to product quality, functions, etc.

14 Analysis of customer complaints & take corrective & preventive actions.

15. To handle & monitor customer complaints with regard to product quality.

16 .Proper storage &identification product

17.Conduct audit Drive for Zero

18 .Conduct audit with Customer. Prepare the documents for cusomer Process audit.

19.Prepare the APQP documents.

20. Conduct the ISO Internal Quality Audit

21..Conduct Process Audit (LPA)

22. Identification of training needs(IPC620; IPC610)
