Role & responsibilities To Oversee Automotive Lighting manufacturing and assembly processes particularly Blinkers, LED Lamps, Side view Mirrors. The role is responsible for achieving daily production targets while ensuring high quality, safety compliance and operational efficiency. Strong knowledge of automotive lighting assembly particularly Blinkers and headlamps Clear & Good Communication Skill. Ability To Work in lean multi tasking environment Experience with Assembly Operations, Manpower handling and Plastic Injection Moulding Prior Experience in OEM Customer feedback and reporting Proficiency in MS Office and Production Reporting Systems Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience in Automobile lighting industry, particularly, 2 wheeler blinkers, Head lamp and tail Lamps. Prior Experience in managing OEMs Production Requirement and Assembly Related Processes.
Role & responsibilities Managing Injection Molding tool room operations: The Tool Room Incharge is responsible for managing and overseeing all tool room operations, including inventory management, tool maintenance, and repair. Ensuring availability of tools and equipment: The Tool Room Incharge is responsible for ensuring that all necessary tools and equipment are available for use by the production team in a timely manner. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs: The Tool Room Incharge is responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Managing tool and equipment repairs: The Tool Room Incharge is responsible for managing all tool and equipment repairs, including coordinating with external repair vendors as necessary. New Product Development: Oversee the design, development and manufacturing of New Product molds and fixtures as per production requirements. Required Documentation: Prepare reports on tooling performance, downtime, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
