Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in automation testing, AI-driven testing methodologies, and expertise in eCommerce platforms, particularly Magento 2 and B2B functionality. In this role, you will lead a team of 8 senior and mid-level QA engineers to ensure the highest standards of quality for our product and service offerings. You will drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks, incorporate AI tools to optimize the testing process, and ensure that our Magento 2-based eCommerce platform is reliable, scalable, and fully optimized for B2B operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of 8 senior and mid-level QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 2. Own and manage the quality assurance strategy for our Magento 2-based eCommerce platform, ensuring end-to-end test coverage for both B2B and B2C operations. 3. Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing across various environments and platforms. 4. Leverage AI-driven tools and machine learning techniques to improve the efficiency of test case generation, defect detection, and test execution. 5. Work closely with the product and development teams to define testing requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, and ensure thorough test coverage. 6. Ensure the QA team adheres to industry best practices, testing methodologies, and coding standards, particularly within Agile and DevOps environments. 7. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automated testing efforts and overall product quality. 8. Identify opportunities to enhance the testing process, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency within the testing lifecycle. 9. Lead defect identification, analysis, and reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. 10. Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in automation, AI, eCommerce, and Magento 2 to continually improve the quality assurance process. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7-9 years of experience in quality assurance, with significant experience in automation testing and eCommerce environments. Proven experience leading or managing QA teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members. Expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and test scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Good knowledge of AI-based testing tools and approaches, for defect prediction and test optimization are good to have. Extensive experience with Magento 2 platform, including an understanding of eCommerce architecture, B2B functionality, payment gateways, and integration with third-party tools and systems. Solid experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, microservices architecture, and testing in a distributed environment. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Proficiency with test management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills: B2B eCommerce experience, particularly in areas like pricing, customer, order management, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems. Knowledge of Magento 2-specific testing tools and plugins. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their impact on testing strategies. Knowledge of security testing practices, especially in the context of eCommerce and B2B applications. Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
