detail-oriented QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Test new features across

  web, iOS, and Android

  to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience.
• Write, maintain, and execute both

  manual and automated test cases

  for key workflows such as

  messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP

  .
• Perform testing across multiple layers —

  Web, Mobile, and APIs

  — to ensure complete end-to-end reliability.
• Identify, reproduce, and document

  bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases

  across devices, browsers, and environments.
• Collaborate closely with

  Product Managers and Engineers

  to identify issues early and ensure confident, stable releases.
• Conduct

  real-world testing

  to validate reliability and performance for field service teams in dynamic conditions.
• Continuously improve

  QA processes, tools, and best practices

  as the product and team grow.
  

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech preferred).

• 3–5 years of proven QA experience

  in SaaS or mobile-first products.
• Strong background in

  manual testing

  ,

  bug tracking (Jira)

  , and clear documentation.
• Hands-on experience testing

  mobile (iOS/Android)

  ,

  web

  , and

  APIs

  .
• Practical experience with QA automation tools, including:

• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress

  – UI & regression testing

• Appium / Detox

  – mobile app automation

• Postman

  – API testing & automation

• BrowserStack / Sauce Labs

  – cross-browser & device testing
• A

  detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-moving

  mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent

  communication and collaboration skills

  to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bonus:

  Familiarity with tools commonly used by SMBs or field service teams.

Location Preference

• Candidates from

  Delhi/Gurgaon

  are strongly preferred.
• The position will begin as

  remote

  , transitioning to

  work-from-office

  in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon location.
