Job Description

Company: Notifi (getnotifi.com)

Location: Currently Remote → Delhi/Gurgaon candidates preferred (must be willing to work from office in 3–4 months)

What You’ll Do:

Test new features across
web, iOS, and Android
to ensure a smooth user experience
Write and run
manual and automated test cases
for core workflows: messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP
Identify and document bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies across devices and browsers
Work closely with product and engineering to catch issues early and ship with confidence
Test in real-world conditions to ensure reliability for field service teams
Improve and scale QA processes as the product and team grow

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of QA experience in
SaaS or mobile-first products
Proficient in
manual testing
, bug tracking (Jira), and clear documentation
Experience with automated tools like
Cypress
,
Playwright
, or
Detox
Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and proactive
Bonus: Experience testing tools used by
SMBs or field teams

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's degree in Engineering
