Role Summary We are looking for Sales Executives or Senior Sales Executives to drive direct and reseller-led sales of Bindwel and Sigloch products in their assigned regions. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in printing, digital printing, or capital equipment sales, and be excited by the opportunity to educate and serve emerging hybrid printers in Tier II/III towns. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Promote and sell Bindwels bookbinding machines and related solutions to commercial printers, publishers, digital print shops, and finishing houses. Identify prospective customers through field visits, industry leads, and reseller/distributor networks. Develop and execute local sales plans to meet regional sales targets. ) Provide product demos and consultative support during evaluation and decision-making stages. 2. Reseller Engagement Work with channel partners and regional resellers to build pipelines and jointly close opportunities. Support resellers with training, pricing, demo coordination, and post-installation follow-up. Ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy in all reseller-led engagements. 3. Customer Engagement & Technical Support Understand customer workflows, print volumes, and finishing needs to recommend the right solutions. Build trusted relationships by following up regularly and providing timely updates and quotations. Gather feedback from the field to support product development and service teams. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer buying behavior. Submit weekly reports on sales pipeline, visits, and order status. Maintain accurate CRM entries and support territory reviews with the Zonal Manager. Candidate Profile Experience: 26 years of B2B sales experience in any of the following areas: Digital printing machines Offset or post-press equipment Consumables (e.g., adhesives, inks, plates, laminates) Experience working with or managing reseller partners or local distribution networks is preferred. Key Responsibilities Machine Design & Development: Flair for out of box thinking and Independently conceptualize, design, and develop machines for packaging, cartoning and tubefilling machines.Generally machines will be of customer centric 3D CAD Design & Engineering Analysis: Use SolidWorks to create detailed designs, assemblies, and motion studies. Hands on in Autocad essential. Preparation of sequence chart and coordinate with PLC programmer to achieve functional results. Knowledge on different food and pharmaceutical machine standards. Eg: 21 CFR. Prototype Development & Testing: Oversee prototyping, testing, and performance validation of newly designed machines.
