Role Overview

Project Manager


Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for Allbound clients during onboarding and execution phases.
  • Translate client goals into actionable project plans.
  • Maintain proactive communication and reporting with clients on progress, blockers, and next steps.


Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage project roadmaps across onboarding, inbound, and outbound campaign phases.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Use available tools CRMs and Automation Platforms to track deliverables and manage progress.


Cross-functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Allbound Strategists, Specialists, and Technologists to align deliverables with campaign strategy.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination between content, design, SEO, tech, and client-facing teams.


Reporting & QA

  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with goals and is accurately reflected in CRM/campaign dashboards.
  • Perform QA of assets and workflows before launch.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of inbound/outbound B2B marketing strategies, funnels, and campaign structures.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and outreach tools.
  • Working knowledge of campaign performance metrics (e.g., opens, CTR, conversion rates, pipeline velocity).
  • Awareness of SEO, content marketing, and brand positioning principles.


Skills

  • Project Management

    : Ability to manage multiple timelines, workstreams, and priorities effectively.
  • Communication

    : Clear, professional written and verbal communication for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Organization

    : Excellent documentation, scheduling, and coordination practices.
  • Technical Agility

    : Ability to quickly learn and navigate a variety of platforms and tools used by different clients for campaign execution, collaboration, or reporting.


Abilities

  • Ability to translate abstract client goals into structured, actionable work plans.
  • Ability to identify blockers and drive resolution through the right internal channels.
  • Ability to multitask, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing moving parts.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project or account management roles in marketing, B2B services, SaaS, or agency settings.
  • Proven success managing client relationships and coordinating across delivery teams.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and using a range of collaborative and task management tools as required by the client.
