- Retail

Role & responsibilities

• Own

  end-to-end execution

  of retail store construction and fit-out projects
• Prepare, review, and manage

  Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

  , budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with

  contractors, vendors, designers, and internal teams

  to ensure timely execution
• Plan and manage

  project timelines

  , milestones, and site schedules
• Conduct regular

  site visits

  to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Ensure projects are delivered

  within approved budgets and deadlines

• Identify risks, resolve on-site issues, and manage last-mile execution challenges
• Oversee handover, snag list closure, and readiness for store launch

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in

  retail store construction / fit-outs

  (fashion, lifestyle, QSR, or similar)
• Strong understanding of

  BOQs, materials, costing, and vendor management

• Hands-on experience delivering

  multiple retail projects simultaneously

• Ability to manage tight timelines and fast-paced execution environments
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and on-ground execution skills
• Based in

  Bangalore

  and comfortable with frequent site visits
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred
