Looking for candidates who have 14+ years of experience and are currently located in the location mentioned below. Candidates need to have expeirence in Azure cloud.

We partner with enterprises across the travel, retail, insurance, and technology verticals to accelerate experience-led digital transformation through innovative technologies, including cloud, microservices, automation, IoT, and AI.
15+ years overall experience with at least 4–5 years in Project/Program Management, preferably in Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services. Minimum 4 years of experience managing Azure cloud operations.
This is a hybrid role designed for a senior professional who can lead and coordinate infrastructure transformation and steady-state managed services engagements, while also contributing to presales pursuits and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
1. Project Management (50%)
· Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for cloud infrastructure engagements—planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
· Create and maintain project plans, risk registers, budgets, and dashboards; own project reporting cadence with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ensure governance through weekly status reviews, RAID log maintenance, and change request handling.
· Handle escalations and ensure customer expectations are aligned with delivery milestones.
2. Service Delivery Management (30%)
· Oversee steady-state managed services delivery across Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security, Monitoring).
· Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met for customer environments.
· Work closely with operations teams (L2/L3) to resolve chronic issues, improve service health, and drive automation or tooling initiatives.
· Participate in QBRs and service reviews, contributing to CSAT improvements and continuous service enhancement.
3. Pre-Sales Support (20%)
· Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, and proposal writing for managed services and Azure project opportunities.
· Participate in customer workshops and RFP/RFI responses, bringing delivery and PMO lens to solutioning.
· Collaborate with sales and solution architects to shape delivery-aligned proposals with realistic commitments.
· 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4–5 years in Project/Program Management.
· Experience managing both project-based and managed services (steady state) engagements.
· Strong command over project management frameworks (PMP/PMI, Agile, or equivalent).
· Excellent stakeholder and communication management—able to work directly with senior customer leadership.
· Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
· Exposure to cost and effort modeling in pre-sales scenarios is a plus.
· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
· Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305) are strongly preferred.
· ITIL Foundation or Intermediate level certification is a plus.
· A seasoned delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
· Able to flex between execution, delivery governance, and pre-sales without compromising quality.
· Comfortable working with distributed teams and driving accountability across virtual teams.
· Strong analytical thinker with a delivery mindset and solution-oriented approach.
