Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role

Project Manager

This position offers strong cross-functional exposure and future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of Mystery Audit and Revenue Assurance processes.
Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to evaluate service delivery and drive improvements.
Manage two internal teams and coordinate with three vendor partners.
Ensure effective stakeholder management and timely reporting to business leaders.
Oversee process P&L, cost per audit, deviation metrics, and overall audit quality.
Identify gaps using data-driven insights and implement continuous improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with company standards, operational processes, and quality parameters.
Role scope may expand to include strategic projects and other business-critical initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

Strong business acumen with a number-centric approach.
Operational and sales understanding with proven execution capabilities.
Experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
Process expertise with deep knowledge of audits and compliance.
Strong communication skills for reporting, presentations, and leadership alignment.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

Masters degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in quality audits, mystery audits, revenue assurance, or operations management.
