From real-time defect detection to dynamic robot path control, our systems ā€œSee, Decide, Act ā€ in milliseconds—delivering zero-defect, fully traceable production while slashing scrap and rework. We work with few of the top manufacturers in the country delivering next-generation Intelligence-Powered Automation Systems. Why This Role? Direct Founder Access: Operate from the Founder's Office, shaping mission-critical projects alongside the Founder & CEO. Cross-Disciplinary Exposure: Coordinate AI, 3-D vision, robotics, controls, and manufacturing engineering in one role. Rapid Career Lift: Own live automation cells early in your career, graduating from task coordination to full project leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Convert high-level RFQs into detailed charters, WBS, schedules, and budgets. Track milestones using Gantt/Agile boards; adjust plans proactively to hit scope, cost, and timeline targets. 2. Stakeholder & Client Engagement Run weekly stand-ups, design reviews, and executive updates; capture and close action items. Support FAT/SAT on-site—overseeing camera, sensor, and robot commissioning and operator training. 3. Vendor & Supply-Chain Coordination Raise POs, follow up on parts, manage GRN/inspection, and reconcile invoices to protect margins. 4. Risk & KPI Management Maintain risk registers, drive mitigation plans, and present data-backed status to the Founder 5. Process Improvement & Knowledge Capture Document lessons learned and refine Augle’s delivery playbook; contribute to special Founder projects (e.g., competitive research, investor decks). Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. Experience: 1 – 3 years in project coordination or junior PM role within automation, robotics, machine-vision, or capital equipment. Tools & Methods: Familiarity with MS Project / Jira / Excel; grasp of WBS, Gantt, and critical-path concepts. Technical Exposure: At least one of: PLC/robot integration, vision systems, 3-D scanning, industrial networks. Soft Skills: Strong organization, clear English communication; Hindi/Marathi a plus. Bonus Points: CAPM/PMP/PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile/Scrum exposure, basic Python/C++ literacy.
