The Role

We’re looking for a Computer Vision Software Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be at the heart of our technology—designing and deploying vision algorithms that drive robotic systems in live industrial environments. This is not just an R&D role—you’ll get to prototype, build, and deploy solutions that make a visible impact on how factories run.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement vision algorithms for defect detection, pose estimation, and 3D

   reconstruction.

  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models (TensorFlow/PyTorch) for high  

    accuracy and speed.

  • Build intuitive operator dashboards and GUIs (using PyQt, Tkinter, or React-based UIs).

  • Work closely with robotics and software teams to deploy models on edge devices like

    NVIDIA Jetson and Intel OpenVINO.

  • Optimize algorithms for industrial conditions—handling real-world variability in lighting,

    noise, and hardware.

  • Write clean, modular code with clear documentation and version control.

  • Share results and insights with the team and our manufacturing partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics,

    or related fields.

  • Strong foundation in Computer Vision, Linear Algebra, and Probability/Statistics.

  • Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or

   PyTorch).

  • Hands-on experience with OpenCV, scikit-image, or similar libraries.

  • Comfortable working on Linux with Git; familiarity with Docker is a plus.

  • Curiosity-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve challenging, practical problems.

  • Bonus: experience deploying models on embedded/edge devices or working on

    robotics projects.

  • Work Hours: 8–9 hours/day (depending on workload)
