Role Description

Project Manager

Key Result Area (KRA)

1. Advance Planning

   – Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

2. Vendor Management

   – Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and services.

3. Daily CRM Updates

   – Maintain accurate and up-to-date project progress in the CRM system for performance tracking and reporting.

4. Client Tracking

   – Monitor client interactions, feedback, and requirements to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

5. Planned vs Actual CRM Progress

   – Track actual project progress against planned milestones, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

6. Schedule Adherence

   – Ensure all project activities follow the agreed timelines without compromising quality.

• Client Escalation Management

  – Act as the first point of contact for resolving client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

• 50% Payment Collection

  – Ensure timely collection of at least 50% of project value during project execution as per payment milestones.

• Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  – Maintain and improve NPS by delivering exceptional client experience.

• Handover Target Achievement

  – Deliver projects within scope, quality, and timeline parameters to meet the targeted handover deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in interior, construction, or related industries.
• Proficiency in

  CRM tools, MS Project, or similar project management software

  .
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
