Our flagship project, Krishvi e-Villa , is a futuristic gated community designed for elite living. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales of premium residential villas priced above 1.5 Cr. Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, and direct marketing initiatives. Conduct site visits and deliver impactful product presentations to convert prospects into bookings. Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, investors, and brokers . Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation strategies. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and pricing in the premium real estate segment. Assist in the closure process , including documentation and payment follow-ups. Report sales funnel progress and conversion metrics to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales , preferably villas or high-end apartments. Proven record of closing individual deals of 1.5 Cr or above . Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage high-value clients and nurture long-term relationships. Willingness to work from the project site ( Attibele, Chandapura ) and on weekends. Fluency in English ; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi preferred for local engagement. Experience with CRM systems and good computer literacy. Strong network of channel partners or HNI clients in South Bangalore, Sarjapur, or Attibele . Previous experience with luxury real estate brands is a plus.
