We are looking for a motivated & result-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad.
As a Sales Specialist at Dpod Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships & achieving sales targets. You will leverage your expertise in sales strategies to promote our products & services, ensuring customer satisfaction & long-term loyalty.
· Identify & pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including calls, emails & networking.
· Build & maintain strong relationships with potential & existing customers to understand their needs & offer tailored solutions.
· Present, promote & sell product/services to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity & potential area for business expansion.
· Collaborate with the marketing & product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
· Prepare and develop persuasive sales presentations & proposals to clients.
· Negotiate contracts & close deals while ensuring profitability & customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions & transactions in the CRM system.
· Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences & sales performance.
· Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues & escalate complex matters to the relevant departments when necessary.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Tele caller or in a similar sales role.
· Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
· Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasive & closing abilities with a track record of meeting sales targets.
· Ability to accept the rejection and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
· Proficiency in using CRM software & other sales tools.
· Good organizational & time management skills.
· Fluency in English, Hindi & Gujarati is preferred.
· Full-time position with a rotational week-off.
· Flexible shifts maybe required based on business needs.
