Your role is to help the right doctors discover the right programs with respect and honesty. Requirements Graduate in any discipline; background in healthcare / life sciences / pharma / edtech is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in sales / counseling / business development (freshers with strong communication & attitude may be considered). Excellent spoken and written English; comfort with Hindi / regional language is an advantage. Strong integrity: no mis-selling, no false promises, no manipulation. Role Overview You will lead Medxchange AI’s growth with hospitals, medical colleges, and senior clinicians. You will manage a small sales team, own revenue targets, and ensure that every interaction with a doctor reflects Medxchange AI’s ethics and credibility. Key Responsibilities Own monthly / quarterly sales targets for programs, cohorts, and institutional partnerships. Build and manage relationships with senior clinicians, department heads, deans, medical directors. Design and execute outreach strategies: CMEs, workshops, conferences, WhatsApp campaigns, webinars. Train and mentor Sales Associates on communication, ethics, product knowledge, and objection handling. Review calls, messaging, and pitches to ensure zero mis-selling and consistent positioning. Coordinate with founders, academic, and marketing teams on pricing, offers, and key accounts. Maintain accurate sales funnel, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Requirements 4–8 years of experience in B2B / B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or edtech. Proven experience interacting with senior stakeholders (doctors, CXOs, academic leaders). Impeccable integrity and reputation; able to say “no” to wrong-fit deals. Strong communication & presentation skills; able to simplify AI in Medicine offerings clearly.
