Medxchange AI works with doctors, institutes, and hospitals to build real, hands-on capabilities in AI in Medicine using real-world datasets, structured programs, and expert mentorship. Your role is to help the right doctors discover the right programs with respect and honesty.

Role Overview

You will interact directly with doctors (MBBS, MD, DM, institutional leaders) and guide them to the right Medxchange AI programs. This is not a pushy tele-calling role. It is a consultative role that demands maturity, integrity, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with doctors, hospital staff, and medical students via calls, WhatsApp, email, events.
• Understand their background, specialty, and goals; suggest the right Medxchange AI program or solution.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-profile clinicians and KOLs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.
• Coordinate with academic & operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
• Represent Medxchange AI professionally at conferences, CMEs, webinars, and hospital meetings.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; background in healthcare / life sciences / pharma / edtech is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales / counseling / business development (freshers with strong communication & attitude may be considered).
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfort with Hindi / regional language is an advantage.
• Strong integrity: no mis-selling, no false promises, no manipulation.
• Confident, respectful, and patient when talking to senior doctors.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic reporting.

• Quality enrollments (right-fit doctors, not just volume).
• High conversion from lead to enrollment through honest, structured communication.
• Positive feedback from doctors on professionalism and clarity.

Pay: ₹257,646.96 - ₹668,482.51 per year
