The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying potential clients, engaging customers, and driving sales of industrial and household products. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting product training sessions as required. The individual will work closely with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and handling sales pipelines Capability in Training and mentoring team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software; analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus
