Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing training to customers on products when needed. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive new opportunities and achieve targets Experience in training and supporting clients to ensure their successful engagement and satisfaction Ability to identify market trends and contribute to strategic planning A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals Prior experience in B2B food supply chain or related industries is advantageous
