Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Khatima for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves actively engaging potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, delivering sales presentations, and effectively managing the sales process. The Sales Specialist may also assist in training sessions for new team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding targets and managing sales pipelines
• Experience in providing Training or mentoring team members to drive overall sales performance
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving business goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in digital marketing or sales is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
