Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in line with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; implement corrective actions.
Track project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and KPIs.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and governance.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
