Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects of Apartments & Villas within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities as per approved project timelines.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Control project costs and coordinate with QS for billing and budget tracking.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and site policies.
Review drawings, method statements, and construction sequences.
Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to management.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Manage resources including manpower, materials, and machinery.
Ensure timely completion and handover of projects with proper documentation.
