Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of civil engineering & project management tools (Primavera/MS Project/ERP).
Expertise in BOQ, rate analysis, tendering, and contracts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with local building laws and government regulations.

Technical Skills

Software & Tools: AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems.
Design & Drafting: Reading and interpreting architectural & structural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Estimation & Costing: BOQ preparation, rate analysis, bar bending schedules, cost estimation.
Project Management: Scheduling (PERT/CPM), resource planning, cash flow forecasting, risk assessment.
Quality Standards: IS Codes, ASTM, BIS standards, QA/QC checklists.
Construction Methods: Knowledge of concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, finishing, roadworks, and structural steel.
Contracts & Tendering: Understanding FIDIC conditions, variation orders, vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
Safety Compliance: OSHA, HSE standards, site safety audits, toolbox talks.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
PMP / PRINCE2 / RICS certification (added advantage).
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects (residential/commercial/industrial/infrastructure).
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.
