Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct project/site visits with potential clients and explain property details, layouts, pricing, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and sales reports.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor projects.
  • Assist in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to generate leads.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Confident personality with presentation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
  • Local real estate market knowledge is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).

Salary Range

  • ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
