Jr. Engineer for finishing

Job Description

· To carry out all civil work, RCC, Plaster & finishing related activity and execute as per plan for the assigned area/site

· Resource planning and estimation management as per plan as and when required.

· Monitoring, tracking & reporting as per project schedule & process

· Monitoring & Quality Checking all the work (rcc/steel/plumbing/flooring/colour/texture/plaster/masonry etc.) using relevant parameter (line, level, plumb, quality etc.)

· Monitoring and checking of structure position and steel and formwork as per structural drawings.

· Assisting the Site construction Manager as and when required.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

· Contractor/vendor team management and relationship management as per process.

· Ensure work completion by contractor as per planned and within timeline.

· Material planning & its consumption monitoring and reporting.

· Co-ordination with PMC Eng for related development work.

· Assistance and co-ordination with contractor/vendor for on time work completion.

Job Specification

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree. in civil

· 1+ years of experience in construction engineering, with progressive responsibilities.

· Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role on construction sites.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

· Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
