Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hands on opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, supporting the end to end delivery of industrial automation projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, interact with customers, and contribute to the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and executing automation and robotics projects. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure project timelines are met. Interact with customers to gather requirements, schedule updates, and resolve project related issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, status reports, and customer communications. Help manage vendor and supplier coordination for timely delivery of project components. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and help develop mitigation strategies. Support on site or remote project execution activities as needed. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Project Management, or a related field. Strong interest in robotics, industrial automation, and project coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Jira) is a plus. Knowledge of industrial automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, robotics, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory. What You’ll Gain: Real--world experience managing industrial automation projects.
