About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Support cross-functional teams by scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
• Help identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
• Maintain and organize project-related records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information and support project progress.
  

Required Skill Set

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  

Eligibility

• Recent graduates or students pursuing MBA, BBA, BE/BTech, or any relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of project workflows or prior academic projects in project management will be an added advantage.
