Project Management Intern

Role Overview: As a support to project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects, your role will involve contributing to documentation, coordination, and communication efforts. You will have the opportunity to learn industry best practices while assisting in various project management tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing project documentation such as plans, schedules, and reports. - Support in tracking tasks and deadlines using project management tools. - Attend team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. - Help coordinate between different teams or departments. - Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting issues. - Learn and apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Support quality checks and documentation compliance. Qualification Required: - Strong communication and organization skills. - Proficiency in time management and multitasking. - Basic understanding of project workflows. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Exposure to tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project would be a plus. - Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
