Job Description

Purpose / Mission Statement : "To support project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects by contributing to documentation, coordination, and communication efforts while learning industry best practices." Key Responsibilities : Assist in preparing project documentation (plans, schedules, reports). Support in tracking tasks and deadlines using project management tools. Attend team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Help coordinate between different teams or departments. Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting issues. Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Support quality checks and documentation compliance. Core Skills (entry-level or developing) : Strong communication & organization skills Time management and multitasking Basic understanding of project workflows Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Exposure to tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project (a plus) Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Educational Background : Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Learning Objectives : Understand the fundamentals of project lifecycles Gain hands-on experience in real-world project environments Learn how to manage stakeholders and project documentation Improve communication in a professional setting Familiarize with project management tools and software Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Sohana, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Location: Sohana, Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
