Project Director

Role Overview

As a Project Director, you will provide leadership across all phases of the project life cycle — from pre-construction to handover. You will oversee planning, cost controls, scheduling, QA/QC, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination across residential and commercial high-rise projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and develop high-performing project teams.
• Establish and maintain client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage overall project execution including scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Provide direction on contracts, negotiations, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Oversee field operations, engineering processes, and construction methodology.
• Drive project reporting, MIS, safety culture, and effective communication with leadership.
• Foster collaboration with external stakeholders: architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure adherence to planning standards, design interpretation, and execution excellence.
• Promote innovation, BIM integration, community engagement, and Turner values.

Who We're Looking For

Qualification

• BE/BTech (Civil Engineering) — Mandatory
• M.Tech/PG in Construction or Project Management — Preferred

Experience

• 20–25 years

  of relevant experience in execution, planning & scheduling of multiple projects.
• Minimum

  4–5 years in high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in project management, MS Project, scheduling & control.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, networking, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC, Safety, BIM, Value Engineering & Design Methodology.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex, fast-paced environments.
