Role:

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams in Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance to design, implement, and optimize key programs.
• Own and drive process improvements across multiple functions, ensuring that teams are aligned and working seamlessly together.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, create solutions, and ensure smooth execution of programs that directly impact business outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each program.
• Monitor and track progress against KPIs and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Work with leadership to identify resource requirements and allocate resources efficiently.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and clear communication to senior management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in an Analyst, Product Management, or Program Management role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
• Graduates from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, NITs preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Experience in project management tools and methodologies.
• A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the operations of Sales, Customer Success, and Finance functions is a plus.
