Role:

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and non-technical roles (Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, HR, etc.)
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative channels
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across levels and functions
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection with internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update accurate candidate records
• Drive a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and funnel performance

What Were Looking For

• 23 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment is a strong plus
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, etc.)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
• Proactive, data-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor&aposs degree required; MBA in HR is a plus
