About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter to support our growing talent needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating selection.
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
• Support HR operations when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in NBFC or financial services).
• Strong sourcing skills using various channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
