Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements and create attractive job postings.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct preliminary telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with departments and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
