About the Role: Tech Recruiter (Contract | 6 months) Were looking for a passionate Tech Recruiter with 24 years of experience in end-to-end technology hiring. Youll partner with hiring managers and leadership to source, engage, and close top tech talent directly shaping the future of Fams tech teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offers ? closure). Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, InstaHyre, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and networks. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication. Negotiate offers and drive smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Track and report hiring metrics to optimize efficiency. Requirements 24 years in tech recruitment (startup/product-based hiring preferred). Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub, etc. Proven success in hiring across Engineering, Product & Data roles. Ability to juggle multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Available to join immediately on a contract basis.
