Program Director

Reports to: Founder Company profile : VenturEdu is an experiential learning platform for venture building. We help aspiring founders, students, and professionals learn by doing—guiding them through real-world startup creation and innovation challenges. Our programs combine mentorship, structured learning, and hands-on experience. Role overview : The Program Director will be instrumental in designing, executing, and scaling VenturEdu's flagship 14 month program. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for entrepreneurship and the ability to build and nurture relationships across various stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Program Strategy & Design: Develop and refine program curricula that address the evolving needs of early-stage entrepreneurs. Ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with VenturEdu’s mission to democratize entrepreneurship. Operational Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics efficiently. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with mentors, industry experts, investors, and educational partners. Collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, and other organizations to enhance program reach and impact. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of program managers, coordinators, and volunteers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Monitoring & Evaluation: Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and impact. Utilize feedback and data to continuously improve program offerings. Community Building: Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities to strengthen the entrepreneurial community. Promote VenturEdu’s programs through various channels to attract diverse participants. Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the startup, education, or innovation sector. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale educational or innovation programs. Strong understanding of the entrepreneurial and venture-building landscape in India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and program evaluation techniques. Show more Show less
