Job Description

As an inspiring leader within the global program management community at Cognizant, you will be responsible for Program Management activities associated with large-scale, complex, multi-service programs. Your role will involve not only managing delivery objectives but also ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering client relationships crucial for successful program delivery. - Establish, execute, and oversee program governance including stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits management, and change management. - Establish, execute, and oversee delivery estimation and planning across the Cognizant organization, ensuring effective team resource allocation and timeline management. - Track and measure progress against established metrics such as bid vs. actual, SLA adherence, and other operational or contractual measures. - Provide insights for improvements while adhering to operational best practices. - Drive optimal business value through effective scope management, change management, and communication ceremonies. - Collaborate with the Commercial/Account Team to identify and define business value opportunities for the client. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders for the program's success. - Lead the team by supporting career growth, personal/team development, diversity, and inclusion. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program management community through best practices, networking, standards, training, and tools. - Ensure compliance and adherence to the terms and intent of the MSA and SOW during the program's activation. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, process consulting, stakeholder management, and project/program delivery within legacy modernization or digital transformations. - Possession of project/program training and certifications such as PMI, SAFe 5.0, Prince II, and mandatory ITIL experience. - Experience in delivering at least 3 complex programs involving teams across multiple geographies with a team size of 250+. - Proficiency in senior stakeholder management, communication, relationship building, deal solutioning, and risk identification. - Ability to present solutions from a Program Management standpoint. - Experience in managing client stakeholders across IT, VMO, and business domains. - Familiarity with multicultural, multi-geo working teams and stakeholders, including CXOs. - Expertise in contract management and program delivery involving multiple service lines. - Experience in delivering Transformational commitment, productivity goals, offshoring commitments, domain capability services, niche technology capabilities, or new technologies to the market. - Proficiency in leading/managing structured deals, takeover/acquisition, or divestiture programs.,
