Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, and branding assets Translate brief and vision shared into clear, visually appealing design solutions Collaborate with the marketing, content, and program teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery Prepare final artwork for production (both digital and print) Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and campaign strategy meetings Adapt and resize existing creative assets as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & Canva Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding Experience with both print and digital design esp. TUFs government engagement work looks at: Integrated Strategy & Technical Assistance to govt entities at a strategic level Elevating WEE as a Priority Improving WEE Program Designs through advisory and evaluations Two of our present flagship engagements include Techno-advisory support to the Govt of Uttar Pradesh on advancing womens economic empowerment in the state; and supporting NITI Aayog on multiple initiatives including the Womens Entrepreneurship Platform and the National Data Analytics Platform. Position Summary We are looking for an exceptional candidate to anchor Udaitis government engagement track. This position will report to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with designing/ leading technical advisory engagements with govts, understand the govt tapestry, and have a demonstrated ability to navigate govt systems. They should have deeply engaged with Womens Economic Empowerment policies and programs at the state and central levels. They should be able to lead a team, while also being able to stretch themselves into co-creating the vision for the track. They should be able to multitask, take mature decisions, and inspire teams to remain focused on goals and impact. Finally, they should be strategic thinkers and work well with senior leadership in co-building this work. Key Responsibilities Work with senior team members to assist in the broader government engagement & program planning and goals of the Udaiti Foundation Anchor the Government Engagement track in setting up and achieving goals, along with monitoring the progress towards them Build capacity/ be able to guide the team as needed Co-develop and manage a pipeline of flagship government initiatives and work w/ the the team to tee up a series of influential outputs Contribute to determining operational plans Actively contribute to developing project opportunities that have high strategic value and can support impact at scale Take on diverse operational tasks to ensure organisational success Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities Educational Background in gender studies, political science, public administration or public policy will be preferred 15+ years of work experience in a challenging/ high growth environment Demonstrated experience working on womens economic empowerment policy and programs sector including any technical support initiatives Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, strong research aptitude ability to analyse complex problems and formulate solutions Proven experience in leading, coordinating and managing government engagement initiatives including familiarity of functioning at state government Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-facing skills High level of flexibility and responsiveness with the ability to shift priorities quickly and as organisational demands require Having experience in working with government stakeholders and a track record of effectively enabling and maintaining government relationships Extensive experience in working on legislative reforms, and parliamentary affairs Aware of the functioning, work-flow, and hierarchy of the officers within the Ministries and Departments within GoI and state governments.
